Pasi made my fiancée's engagement ring - she loves it.

He worked with me to tweak the design, he gave me a larger gemstone for no extra cost, he kept me appraised of how the work was going.

I'd asked if he could tell me about the process of making the ring - all his work is handmade - so I could tell Fiona how her ring was made. Pasi went one step further and wrote a lovely letter explaining the process and wishing us a happy life. He also sent several pictures of him making the ring. He constantly went above and beyond my expectations.

I could write pages of praise. In short: beautiful craftsmanship and amazing customer service.
